A complete treatment cycle may have many stations: pre cleaning in solvent solution, US cleaning in alkaline detergent, rinsing in immersion or spraying, neutralization with acid processes, rinsing in demineralised water, antirust protection, phosphating, etc. Drying with many systems (warm air forced and filtered, blowing with compressed air, and so on).

Baskets with pieces to be treated have to be handled with conveyors more or less automatic and rugged and solid, due to weight and quickness of production, with PLC programmers or at last with numeric control (CN).
